Rooms and apartments can be occupied from 15.00 at the earliest. Reception is open for you until 9.30 pm. If you arrive later, please let us know on 0043 (0) 4285 523 20 so that we can welcome you personally at a later time.

On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms and our hotel apartments by 10.30 am.

A deposit of 30 percent of the total amount is due upon receipt of the travel confirmation. The remaining amount is due on departure at the latest. In the case of agencies, tour operators, travel agencies and other intermediaries who collect customer payments themselves, the balance is due at least one week before arrival. We request that payments are made free of charges, on time and without deductions.

Open activity program for young & old

The Samerhof Kids Club is open daily for your little ones and offers a varied program full of fun and entertainment. The opening hours are as follows:

• Morning: 8:30 am to 11:30 am
• Afternoon: 15:00 to 21:30

On bad weather days, the Kids Club opens at 14:00. Individual childcare can be booked for €45 per hour, subject to availability and consultation.

All room prices are exclusive of visitor's tax. Euro 4,90 per person per night from 15 years.

Through our partner company Autohaus Patterer/Hermagor we can provide you with a VW Lupo from € 26 per day for a minimum rental period of 3 days/category. Only against written reservation (at least 1 day in advance) and subject to availability. The car will be brought to and from the hotel. Price includes insurance; the price includes a maximum of 600 km; € 0.35 per additional kilometer.

 

All our annexes are up to 500 meters away from the main house/hotel and are not categorized. All services and meals are provided exclusively in the main house/hotel. Rebooking is only possible against additional payment directly on site.

During your stay, one parking space or carport per room/apartment is available free of charge opposite the hotel or at your neighboring house.

Unfortunately, it can happen that a booked trip has to be canceled due to illness. So that you can cancel 100% free of charge in the event of an accident, illness or death, we offer you our hotel's own Samerhof Travel Cancellation Insurance! And this is how easy it is to get your protection: compare the total travel price with our "Cancellation rate list" and you have the insurance amount. Please transfer this in full, at the latest 14 days after your booking, together with the deposit and you will enjoy our Samerhof cover. Should you subsequently need to make use of this cover, simply send us a doctor's certificate confirming that you are unable to travel.
