Check-in for rooms and apartments is available starting at 3:00 p.m. at the earliest. The front desk is open from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. (until 10:00 p.m. in winter). If you plan to arrive later, please call us at 0043 (0) 4285 523 20 so that we can welcome you in person even at a later hour.

On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your rooms and our hotel apartments by 10:30 a.m.

A deposit of 30 percent of the total amount is due upon receipt of the travel confirmation. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of departure. For agencies, tour operators, travel agencies, and other intermediaries that collect customer payments on their own behalf, the remaining balance is due at least one week before arrival. We request that payments be made free of charges, on time, and without any deductions.

The beach is located just 15 minutes from the hotel and features a beautiful sunbathing area (sun loungers and umbrellas are free for hotel guests), a secure children’s pool, and a floating platform. Pedal boats & SUP rentals available on-site (for a fee), afternoon snacks (cake & ice cream) also available at the beach from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and all-inclusive drinks from 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

To support sustainable mobility, electric vehicle charging stations are available to our guests around the clock. (For a fee) No reservation is required. Convenient payment by credit card is available. Cost: €0.90 per kWh.

Pets are not allowed, not even on the hotel's private beach.

The Samerhof Kids Club is open daily for your little ones and offers a varied program full of fun games and entertainment. The opening hours are as follows:

• Morning: 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• Afternoon: 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM

Individual childcare can be booked for 45€/hour, subject to availability and prior arrangement.

All room rates are exclusive of the tourist tax. 3.80 euros per person per night for guests 15 years of age and older.

Through our partner company, Autohaus Patterer/Hermagor, we can provide you with a VW Lupo starting at €26.00 per day for a minimum rental period of 3 days. This offer is available only with a written advance reservation (at least 1 day in advance) and subject to availability. The car will be delivered to the hotel and picked up again. Price includes insurance; the price covers a maximum of 600 km; €0.35 per additional kilometer.

 

Our annex is 130 meters from the main building. In the summer, all services and meals are provided exclusively in the main building/hotel. In the winter, the apartments in the annex (with the exception of the family room) can be booked on a self-catering basis.

During your stay, one parking space or carport per room/apartment is available free of charge across the street from the hotel or at the building next door.

To ensure you can cancel 100% free of charge in the event of an accident, illness, or death, we offer you our hotel’s own Samerhof Travel Cancellation Insurance! Here’s how easy it is to get coverage: Compare the total trip price with our “Cancellation Fee Schedule,” and you’ll find the coverage amount. Please transfer this amount in full—no later than 14 days after your booking—along with your deposit, and you’ll be covered by our Samerhof protection. Should you need to make a claim later on, simply provide a doctor’s note in the event of illness certifying that you are unable to take the trip.

The cancellation policy listed below takes effect as of the time the customer makes the reservation:

• Free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date.
• 50% starting 29 days before the arrival date.
• 70% starting 14 days before the arrival date.
• 100% of the daily rate starting 7 days before the arrival date.

The cancellation conditions apply from the time of booking by the customer:

 

• Up to 30 days before the date of arrival free of charge.
• From 29 days before the date of arrival 50 %
• From 14 days before the date of arrival 70
• From 7 days before the date of arrival 100% of the daily price.
