GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Deposit: A deposit of 30 percent of the total amount is due upon receipt of the travel confirmation. The remaining amount is due on departure. For agencies, tour operators, travel agencies and other intermediaries who collect the customer's money themselves, the remaining amount is due at least one week before arrival.

Additional costs: Additional costs such as telephone, massages, drinks etc. must be paid in cash or by credit card on departure.

Booking/payment: A contract is concluded when the booker declares in writing that he accepts the offer. Verbal bookings cannot be accepted. We ask for a deposit free of charge. The "booker" is liable for his fellow travelers, if there is only one booking address, in particular for the correct receipt of payment.

Arrival/Departure: Check-in from 3.00 p.m.; check-out by 10.30 a.m. In the event of early departure or late arrival, at least 90 percent of the booking price will be charged. Ski passes, if not redeemed, will be refunded with a flat cancellation fee of 20 percent of the ski pass price. If additional services have been booked on a "guarantee" or a "non-cancellable rate", no refund can be made. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance! We ask for your understanding that without protection you are taking a well-informed risk.

Cancellation conditions: The cancellation conditions listed apply from the time of booking by the customer:

Up to 22 days before the date of arrival free of charge. From 21 days before the date of arrival 50%, from 14 days before the date of arrival 70% and 7 days before the date of arrival 90% of the daily rate. In case of Corona-related restrictions or travel warnings, a free cancellation is possible up to 3 days before arrival.

General: Our hotel is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Only guests with a valid booking confirmation are allowed to stay at the hotel. Parents are liable for their children. All prices, surcharges and discounts are in € and include VAT. Free places can only be granted from a group size of at least 21 full paying guests and only after written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to replace promised services with services of equal or higher value, provided that the overall nature of the arrangement is not or only insignificantly changed as a result.

For all legal disputes arising from the travel contract, the place of performance and jurisdiction shall be A-9620 Hermagor , whereby Austrian law shall apply in the event of a legal dispute. The ineffectiveness of individual conditions does not result in the ineffectiveness of the entire set of rules.
