Worth knowing

First instalment:
There is a deposit of 30 percent of the total sum upon receipt of the travel confirmation due. The balance is due on departure. For agencies, tour operators, travel agencies and other intermediaries who collect the customer funds on their own, the balance is due at least one week before arrival.

Charges:
Extra costs such as telephone, massages, drinks, etc., must be paid on departure in cash or by credit card.

Booking / Payment:
A contract is concluded when the booker declares in writing that he accepts the offer. An oral booking can not be accepted. We ask for free of charge deposit. The “booker” is liable for his fellow travelers, if there is only one booking address, especially for the correct receipt of payment.

Arrival / departure:
Check-in from 15.00; Check-out until 11.00
In case of early departure or late arrival at least 90 percent of the booking price will be charged. Ski passes, if not redeemed, will be refunded with a flat-rate cancellation fee of 20% of the ski pass price. If additional services have been booked on a “guarantee” or a “non-refundable rate”, no refund can be made.
The conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance is recommended! We ask for your understanding that you are taking a well-meaning risk without protection.

Cancellation policy:
The listed cancellation conditions apply from the time of the written booking. The basis for this is the date of the booking:
If canceled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Cancellations and changes of 29 days or more, as well as no-shows, will be charged at 90% of the room price

General:
Our hotel is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Only guests with a valid proof of booking may stay at the hotel. Parents are responsible for their children. All prices, surcharges and discounts are in € and include VAT. Free places can only be granted from a group size of at least 21 fully paying guests and only after a written confirmation on our part. We reserve the right to replace promised services with equal or higher value, as long as the overall layout of the arrangement is not or only insignificantly changed.

For all disputes arising from the travel contract, the place of performance and jurisdiction is A-9620 Hermagor, whereby in the case of the dispute, Austrian law applies. The invalidity of individual conditions does not result in the ineffectiveness of the entire regulations.
