A prepayment of 30% of the total payment sum is required upon receipt of booking confirmation. The rest sum is payable upon departure. When booking through agents, travel agents or other intermediaries which collect customer payments on their own, the rest sum is payable at least one week before arrival.

Additional costs, like telephone calls, massages, beverages, etc., must be paid upon departure with cash or with credit card.
A contract conclusion exists as soon as the booker has accepted the offer in written form. A verbal booking cannot be accepted. The “booker” is liable for all those who are travelling/staying with him/her, as long as these are all staying at one booking address, in particular for the correct receipt of payment.

In the case of an early departure or late arrival a minimum of 90% of the booking price will be charged.Lift passes, if still in non-validated state, can be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 20% of the ski lift price. If any ancillary services have been booked on “guarantee” or at a “non-cancellable rate” no refunds can be made.
Travel cancellation insurance is recommended! Please understand that without such protection you are knowledgably putting yourself at risk.
Cancellations and changes made to a booking up until 30 days prior to the planned arrival date are free of charge.
Cancellations and changes made to a booking starting from 29 days prior to the planned arrival date or no-shows are charged 90% of the booked price.
Our hotel is a smoke-free hotel. Pets are not allowed. Only guests with valid proof of a booking are allowed stay in the hotel overnight. Parents are liable for their children.
All prices, additional fees and reductions are in € euros and include the legally required value added tax.
Free places can be given starting at a group of minimum 21 full paying guests and only upon written confirmation of such an offer on our part.
We reserve the right to replace promised services through equal or higher valued services, as long as the overall character of the arrangements made is not, or only marginally altered.
In the case of legal disputes resulting from the travel contract the conditions of the court of jurisdiction of A-9620 Hermagor applies, whereby in the case of litigation Austrian laws apply.
The invalidity of specific conditions does not as a consequence render other conditions or the entire contract as invalid.
