Moving into the rooms and apartments is possible from 3 p.m. at the earliest. The reception is open for you until 9.30 p.m. If you are arriving later, please let us know on 0043 (0) 4285 523 20 so that we can meet you personally at a later time.

On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms and our hotel apartments by 10.30 a.m.

A deposit of 30 percent of the total amount is due after receipt of the travel confirmation. The remaining amount is due on departure at the latest. In the case of agencies, tour operators, travel agencies and other intermediaries who collect customer monies on their own, the remaining amount is due at least one week before arrival. We ask for payment-free, timely and deduction-free payments.

The Samerhof Kids Club is open every day for your little ones and offers a varied program full of fun and entertainment. The opening times are as follows:

• Morning: 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m
• Afternoon: 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m

On bad weather days, the Kids Club opens at 2:00 p.m. Depending on availability and consultation, individual childcare can be booked for €45/h.

All room prices are exclusive of tourist tax. 2.90 euros per person per night from 16 years.

Through our partner company Autohaus Patterer /Hermagor, we can provide you with VW Lupo from € 26.- per day for a minimum rental period of 3 days /category. Only with a written reservation (at least 1 day in advance) and subject to availability. The car is brought to and from the hotel. Price including insurance; the price includes a maximum of 600 km; € 0.35 per additional kilometer.

All of our side houses are up to a maximum of 500 meters away from the main building /hotel and are not categorized. All services and meals take place exclusively in the main building /hotel. A rebooking is only possible against an additional payment directly on site.

During your stay, you can use a parking space or carport per room /apartment vis a vis the hotel or next to the building free of charge.

Unfortunately it can happen that a booked trip has to be canceled due to illness. So that you can cancel 100% free of charge in the event of an accident, illness or death, we offer you our hotel's own Samerhof travel cancellation insurance! This is how easy it is to protect yourself: Compare the total travel price with our “cancellation tariff list” and you have the amount covered. Please transfer this in full, but no later than 14 days after your booking, with the deposit and enjoy our Samerhof insurance. Should you subsequently have to make use of this, simply send a doctor's confirmation in the event of illness, which certifies that you will not be able to travel.
